The production process of semi-automatic line for pulp molded 30-cell egg trays : first the worker will weight the raw material and put them into the hydrapulper.Then the pulp will be discharged and adjusted to certain consistency. The egg trays will be formed(molded) on the forming machines with the effect of the vacuum and compressed air.Then worker will receive the wet blank from the forming machine by hand and bring them to the dryer or outside for sun drying. After drying, the finished products will be packed by workers. The difference between the automatic and semiautomatic production lines is that,the latter should be operated by manual in every working process.So compared with automatic lines, more labor should be involved in the production and the labour intensity is higher.

A hot pressing section should be added in the production of pulp molded egg box/carton(6-cell,10-cell,12-cell,6+6-cell,15-cell),fruit tray and cup carrier after drying because of shrinking. The egg box/carton can be labelled or printed after hot pressing. Currently these processes should be finsihed manually.

There are two types of semi-automatic production lines for the pulp molded egg tray(30-cell),egg box/carton(6-cell,10-cell,12-cell,6+6-cell,15-cell),fruit tray, cup carrier and other similar products now. They are Type A and TypeB.The main difference between them lies in the drying method. Type A is equiped with dryer and the products can be dryed by dryer or by sun. But there is no dryer equipped in Type B and the products can be only dryed by sunshine. The preference of the customers depends on the local cost of labor,rent,energy,weather and other relevant factors.

There are two specifications of semi-automatic production line Type A according to the capacity of 30-cell egg trays. E400A and E800A. Accordingly, there are three specifications of semi-aumatic production line Type B :E400B, E800B and E1000B.

The investors can choose the most favourable type according to the market and capital. Or we can customize according to the reality of the customers.
